SetGraphBufSize procedure

  DECLARATION:  SetGraphBufSize(BufSize : Word);

      PURPOSE:  Changes the buffer size for scan and flood fills

         UNIT:  Graph

      REMARKS:  The internal buffer size will be set to BufSize, and a
                buffer is allocated on the heap when InitGraph is called.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must be called prior to calling InitGraph
